10% candidates in Haryana face police cases

Of 1,138 candidates in the fray in the Haryana assembly elections, 117 (10%) candidates have declared criminal cases against themselves, higher than the figure of 94 in 2014, according to a report by the ADR (Association for Democratic Reforms).
