When presidents held umbrellas for Modi

Arriving in Bishkek for the SCO summit, Modi was extended a ceremonial welcome by the Kyrgyzstan President Sooronbay Jeenbekov when the rains came down. Photographs from the event showed Jeenbekov holding an umbrella for the PM. Similar scenes played out last Sunday when PM Modi was being accorded a ceremonial welcome by Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena in Colombo.
