Rahul Gandhi, Smriti Irani spar over rifle factory in Amethi

Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Monday hit out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and accused him of "lying" again over the rifle factory in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh. The Congress president said that he had laid the foundation of the ordnance factory of Amethi in 2010 and that it has been running for the last few years and producing small arms.
